CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Unfortunately at this time, SheVault does not accept any returns or exchanges.


WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS INCORRECT OR IS DAMAGED?

If your order is incorrect or any damage has occurred during transit, please email SheVaultCustomerService@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. Be sure to include your order number. All emails must be sent within 24 hours of your order being delivered.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be sent to the email you used at checkout.


HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after being received.
Shipping Time: Orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via USPS.

Lost Orders:
SheVault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your order and be available when it's scheduled to arrive.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation, USPS will provide the most accurate updates.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS, we are unable to reship it.
Missing packages cannot be tracked after 14 days from the delivery date.
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order — SheVault is not responsible for incorrectly delivered packages due to wrong addresses.


WHEN WILL MY PICKUP ORDER BE READY?

You’ll receive an email that says “Your order is ready for pick-up!” once your order is prepped.
Pickup hours are shared daily on our Instagram Story.


HOW DO I BOOK A LASH APPOINTMENT?

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO MY EBOOK?

After purchasing an eBook, you’ll be redirected to a “Thank You” page with instructions and your access link.
